Previously on Adaption…

With Adaption Part 4 out any day now I though it would be useful to put all the written word side of the story into one post with some musical interludes.

Adaption Parts 1 and 2 date back to 2015 and were available together for 90 days and they have not been seen since…

Adaption‘ is a psychological thriller / horror musical adaptation of a story centered around a small coastal town’s abandoned video-arcade that mysteriously springs to life after midnight transforming all its unsuspecting visitors into the undead.

Previously on Adaption…

After being possessed by 8-bit ancient code at an abandoned video arcade Jessica splits from the group and goes back to her house to deal with the transmutation the best way she can…

As the night moves on into the small hours, a group of Arcadia’s residents conspire to avenge the presumed death of their friend – with horrifying consequences.

The 4th in the experimental Woob ’00’ series is now available.

The album is designed around an ‘involvement variable’ dependant on volume. Allowing the album to double up as sleep aid at lower levels.

Woob 1194 Vinyl Release Cover Poll

If Woob 1194 were to be pressed on vinyl for the cover would you prefer 1. original artwork enlarged (bit soft and fuzzy) or 2. a new illustration incorporating penguins ice and jungle, more in-line with lost 1194 (see above)

Vote here – @woobhq (can’t get embed to work i’m afraid 2nd or 3rd tweet down.)

Woob – Tokyo Substrate Paradox – S-Side Remastered for Streaming Plus New Artwork

woob-tokyo-substrate-paradox

One of my personal faves the S Side from last years Tokyo Substrate Paradox now has its own release for Streaming / Digital. The tracks have been remastered to help with playlist volume levels and are now individual tracks rather than one continuous mix. There’s also some stellar new artwork from Kai Arc based on the Tokyo Run Japanese import clicker prints.

Track titles are now all in English to appease the streaming overlords.
